Thank you for shopping with us! All of our products are handmade to order, which means each item is crafted specifically for you. Because of this, processing and delivery times may be longer than standard retail products.
Processing Time
- Every item is made by hand.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for crafting and quality inspection before your order ships.
Shipping Time
After your order has been processed, shipping typically takes:
- 10–14 business days, depending on your location.
Combined with the handmade production timeline, your order may take up to 3 weeks (or slightly longer during peak periods) to arrive.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after it has been issued.
Delays
Because your item is handmade, occasional delays may occur due to:
- High order volume
- Material supply delays
- Carrier issues (weather, customs, etc.)
We do our best to keep you informed of any changes.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned or lost, customers may be responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country.
