Returns & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

1. The product arrives damaged

If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the damage and the packaging.

2. The product is defective

If your item has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos or videos to verify the issue.

3. The item is not as described

If the product you receive is significantly different from its description on our website, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

4. We shipped the wrong product

If you receive the incorrect item, we will correct the mistake at no cost to you.


Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear
  • Any reason not listed under the eligibility section above

Return Shipping Costs

If a return is approved due to one of the eligible reasons above, we will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid return label.

For all other circumstances, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  1. Provide photos or videos demonstrating the issue.
  2. Our team will review your request within 2–4 business days.
  3. If approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item or receiving a replacement.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.


Delivery Issues

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly. While we will assist if possible, we are not responsible for carrier-related issues once tracking shows delivered.
